Shipping and returns

Shipping

All orders placed will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Please email us at hello@tinybynature.co and include your order number and “return” in the subject. 

We cannot refund original shipping costs and buyer must pay for return shipping, which will be deducted from the final refund.  

We currently do not offer exchanges, so please return your item and place a new order. 

We cannot accept items that have been washed. Items must be in new and unused condition to be returned.
